Dr. Rebecca Wilson is a singer and teacher based in McMinnville, Oregon. Dr. Rebecca has had a wide-ranging performance career, from opera to musical theater to film. Performance highlights include appearances with Madison Symphony, Allerton Barn Festival, Baroque Artists of Champaign, Chicago College of Performing Arts Orchestra, Ashland Symphony Orchestra, Wheaton Symphony, Miami Summer Music Festival, Chicago Opera Theater, Union Avenue Opera, Dolce Opera, and The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign Choir and Orchestra. Musical Theatre highlights include the Joseph Jefferson nominated show Seashore with Tri-Arts, Inc., Quest Theater Ensemble, and The Showboat Becky Thatcher.
 
Dr. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Ashland University, a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from Roosevelt University, an Artist Diploma in Opera from Roosevelt University in conjunction with Chicago Opera Theater, and a Doctorate of Musical Arts in Vocal Performance and Literature from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Also, she has taken additional courses in Somatic Voicework™. 
 
While in Chicago, Dr. Rebecca sat on the board of the National Association for Teachers of Singing's Chicago Chapter and was the Director of Auditions from 2022 to 2024. She is a former faculty member of North Central College, where she taught musical theater voice lessons. Dr. Rebecca's students have been seen performing on regional and national tours across the United States.
